Localization support

This is a bit tricky, for the correct and wrong reasons:

1. I have to somehow make sure that the translations are indeed correct
   • A disclosure doesn't make a bad translation completely okay.
2. I want a completely bespoke i18n library
   • This is completely wrong in that I shouldn't be cutting corners with an i18n library
   • At the same time, my work on this project has been completely motivation-driven, and without some sort of motivator like writing an i18n library, localization is... probably off the table.

If you want to make it compatible, I'll make a Japanese translation and suggest a management environment.
Just take the means to use mo file.
