EHR. Highlight the whole code/dx row when hovering over trash can icon #6224

Description
There are multiple instances where code or dx can be deleted via trash can icon: in Assessment screen, Orders.
Currently only icon is slightly highlighted on hover. It is ok if there are only few codes/diagnoses. But if there are many codes in the list and need to delete one, it is not easy to see which trash can is for which code.
Please highlight the whole row when hovering over code (or trash can icon), so that it is evident which code will be deleted (as we highlight when select dx for example).
