Vim initialization

Hello! 
Thank you for sharing your dotfiles. Wanna clarify how you use in tandem your `.vimrc` and `inti.vim` 

You use `init.vim` when you are one new brand machine or if you just reinstall vim? Because it has installation for your plugins? So then `.vimrc` won't complain about plugins that are not installed?
