We need a plugin the that tests the ModelGraph for the following things:
- For each Link, if the timepoint of the source spot is smaller than the timepoint of the target edge.
- (optional) Test if there are more than 2 outgoing edges.
The plugin should run on startup. Warn the user if there are problems, and offer to fix them automatically, if possible.
