Handle download limit exceeded

The Download function fetches the page of the subtitle. But, Addic7ed has a limit on number of downloads

I think chronos will help you on that task, check its code and copy-paste whenever you need it or even better use it directly, it looks like that:

    <- c.Acquire()
    // Do something here...

Now, the problem is that the cli client can be terminated so chronos will reset on the new app execution but you can store the timelimit (24 hours) on local file(or via dynamic config field) right before cli closed, and retrieve it, do calculations like time.Since or just save as hours passed, i.e Addic7edPassed = 2 so 24-2 = 22 so c:= chronos.New(15, 24-passed()), something like that you got the point!
