"Battery Charge Monitor" : wrong time or percentage

Expected behaviour

Get correct information about the battery/power.

Actual behaviour

The "Battery Charge Monitor" applet shows wrong battery data when charging or discharging.
See my screenshot showing 90% through the power statistics tool (matching upower out from CLI) vs the 21% of the battery indicator applet
