Request for cpufreq to show average/max

Hello, I'm switching from another DE that had a very similar panel plugin, but it could also show you the average, maximum and minimum frequency. I fear only showing freq for one cpu is becoming outdated, as jobs get juggled across multiple cores constantly.

I switch turbo boost off often on this machine when doing heavy work and a quick glance at the average/max freq was a nice feature. I hope this isn't too difficult to implement.
