Material Design Hand Cursors

The theme lacks hand cursors. I have looked around there aren't any decent ones to work off. It would be great if someone can make the link hand, fleur, and grab hand cursors that adhere to the system icons guidelines. My only suggestion is please don't make the fingers really long like Windows :) Thanks for all the help!
