No, my request is not related to a specific problem. However, I would like to have the option for automatic local backups on a daily, weekly, or custom time period.

Describe the solution you'd like

I’d like to see an option to enable automatic backups. This feature would maintain the most recent backup along with the two previous ones, ensuring that users have recovery options in case a backup is corrupted. Older backups beyond the last three would be automatically deleted.

I cannot think of an alternative solution.
