[BUG] Unable to create a local backup

Describe the bug
Unable to create a local backup probably related to a permissions error.

To Reproduce

1. Settings - Backup and restore - Create local backup
2. FilePicker says can't use this folder, and creating a new folder doesn't help.

Expected behavior
Being able to create a local backup

Additional info(please complete the following information):

• App version: 2.10
• App source (F-Droid, Google Play, Github, AppStore): F-Droid
• Manufacturer and model: Google Pixel 6a
• OS and version: Android 16

Additional context

I also created a cloud back up (which worked), but couldn't restore it with openreads 2.10 installed through Google play on a Moto G5 running Android 8.1 🤔 (it's not related to the bug, but in case you have a solution for that as well)

Looks like a bug with your phones scope storage picker.

First, thank you for the great app

I am also unable to produce a local backup on iPadOS v18.6.2, iPad Air (4th generation), albeit with a different error

The "Create Cloud backup" button is also not working. (as in, clicking the button briefly start an animation, then stops)
