[BUG] Default tags are not respected after ISBN scan

Describe the bug

Adding a new book after ISBN scan found nothing doesn't respect default tags

To Reproduce

1. Scan a book
2. BooK must not be found by ISBN
3. Click text in the center "Add book manually"

Expected behavior

Default tags are set according to app settings.
