Bug: Ctrl+C works only for cells currently displayed on (fit into) screen

Description

Copy - Ctrl+C works only for cells currently displayed (fit into) screen.

Expected behavior

Copy/Paste should work for any cells range.

To Reproduce

Assume table has many rows and you should scroll it to see rest of records.

1. Select several cells within the visible table part, hit Ctrl+C - observe blue notification popup at top right - "Copied XX cells".
2. Scroll down and using Shift key select bigger range of cell that do not fit visible part of the screen, hit Ctrl+C - nothing happens.
