Feature Request: Ability to change password of connection

Problem

Mathesar does not allow to change password of the existing connection, while within the enterprise environment regular password change might be required by the infosec policies.

Moreover, when password changed within the DB - attempt to disconnect and connect DB within Mathsear (as connection password cannot be changed) - fails, as Mathesar stores connection password within own repository. And reconnecting DB which password changed - requires (at least) manual deletion of respective records from mathesar_configuredrole table.

Proposed solution

Add the ability to change connection password within Mathesar UI.
