Revise graph module for newer networkx features and to use matplotlib or pyplot for drawing

We already NetworkX this optionally. However many features have been added to NetwokX that should be incorporated. Many of thees feature are also in Mathematics.

Post 1.1 NetwokX and pyplot and/or matplot will be required and those will be used in graphs.
