Rendering of \ensuremath

Issue Summary

The \ensuremath Command allows (for example in Macros) to ensure that a given formula is always typeset in math mode.

When rendering formulas, MathJax should probably simply ignore this command.

I extensively use the Preview Feature of Latex Workshop and many of the documents use \ensuremath.

Because MathJax only processes math-mode material that is explicitly marked by math delimiters, it has no need for \ensuremath itself. But you can, of course, define \ensuremath yourself to be an empty macro. That definition can be added to the MathJax configuration so that it is always defined. See the Macros configuration option for the TeX input processor (since Latex Workshop uses version 2, I have linked to the v2 documentation).
