Support consolidated metadata

Hi.

The Zarr-python module has a nice feature to consolidate metadata:

This is very useful when reading remote Zarr files. Having all the metadata available in one file enables a quick initialization of object representations of the full file.

Is this in scope for this interface?

Thank you for bringing it up, I don't think this was on our radar before!

We can consider adding something like that in the future.

For reference, I have made a function (zarrconsolidate.m) for consolidating metadata on this forked branch: ehennestad:add-zarrconsolidate

One potential limitation I have not resolved:
If a json property value can be array, but the value is scalar, the value is written into the consolidated metadata file as a scalar.
