Jenkins builds on Windows stalled

The builds on Windows are stuck with the latest changes from 2.15.1 qual branch.

When the build is cancelled, it throws null in the logs and the build fails as shown in the picture above.

The issue occurs only when using the installed MATLAB root and not the executables. And it is occurring on Windows only.

I can see that the issue occurs on 2,462.1, 2.479.2 but is not on 2.452.3 Jenkins version
