Getting Error 'Schema must contain uniquely named types but contains multiple types named "fileName".'

I have an existing graphql project works fine , i added graphql-shield for auth . i see that after adding middleware like below

 const schema = makeExecutableSchema({
                    typeDefs,
                    resolvers
                });
                attachDirectives(schema);
                applyMiddleware(schema,permissions)

I get error

Error: Schema must contain uniquely named types but contains multiple types named "fileName".

i do not have type called fileName . i searched through all. Am i doing anything wrong ?

Wanted to close this as i figure dout it is an issue from My Side . and now it works fine .
