healthh connect sometimes works somestimes gives this error even after providing accurate start and end time

I am encountering the error “startTime must be before endTime” while reading the health connect data, even though the provided timestamps clearly have startTime earlier than endTime. For example, startTime → 2026-02-22T18:30:00.000Z and endTime → 2026-02-23T18:29:59.000Z. The start time is almost 24 hours before the end time and both are in proper UTC format, yet the validation still fails. This issue seems to have started after a recent Health Connect update, where the device itself began syncing steps data directly to Health Connect.
