Improve the UI of GAImporter

Problem

With the sunset of GA3, we removed the option to select an import type

We know by default display the schedule an import for GA4 and the import status below the schedule screen, due to which the Import jobs list is not shown in the initial fold unless we scroll.

Solution

Make the schedule an import for GA4 as collapsible and keep it collapsed by default
