Removed failing test_neutral_probs and test_selection_probs from test_simulation.py

Summary

The tests and in were failing due to numerical precision issues. After discussion, these tests were deemed no longer relevant to the project.

Tests Removed

• : Was comparing DASM burrito predictions with and failing on floating-point precision differences
• : Similar comparison test with precision issues

Action Taken

Both tests have been removed in commit 90d56f0 on branch .
