Solve pprocemis build/maven problem

I still can't solve the Maven problem and I've spent a few hours researching and trying various pom.xml hacks. Nothing seems to work.

Sorry to throw this back on your pile, but I just don't know enough about Maven to fix this.

I just pushed the changes onto branch: feature/#71-nox-post-processing (note the PR page said that in order to add more commits, I'd have to push directly to develop, which I don't want to do)

The code "builds" but when you run the Emissions Server, it either:

• Crashes with NoSuchMethodError, unless you add those pom.xml dependency exceptions on org.matsim.contrib
• Or with those exceptions added, it doesn't crash, but doesn't actually build anything. Just quits silently when it tries to parse the XML input file.

I'm available by phone/skype/whatsapp if that would be useful!

Instead of excluding all transitive dependencies I only excluded org.hibernate.validator.

The build works now and the app starts. Please test whether the reading of files works as expected.
