cannot remove visualization

I tried to remove all failed emissions visualizations here:  https://viz-staging.vsp.tu-berlin.de/vsp/berlin-v5.3-1pct/default . Seems that I am unable to remove the last instance of the emissions visualization.  That seems to be a bug.
