Reimagine event parser in Python / Pandas / Lambda function?

After user uploads a run, stuff should fire off and start processing. Right now that's all back-end server schmuggedibupp. Wouldn't a lambda function be 1000% more straightforward?

- I want to be able to create a python script which I attach to my project, which creates all the things for me.
