develop table of visualizations and link to visualisation types

This is what we already have:

• link volumes ➝ links with color/width/height?/transparency?
• emissions of matter ➝ same as link volumes (since the Gaussian kernal smoothing that we are currently doing is actually somewhat meaningless)
• noise emissions ➝ same as link volumes
• noise imissions ➝ currently gridded, should actually be contour based
• shared autonomous vehicle OD ➝ OD
• accessibility ➝ currently gridded, should actually be contour based
