macOS `config.json` path

Right now, config.json for macOS is stored in ~/Library/Application Support/gitsu-go/config.json but for Linux in ~/.config/gitsu-go/config.json.
Therefore, config.json can't be shared across OS, so please make it the same path with macOS and Linux.
