Pricelist on Invoices From Stock Picking

• Copies pricelist from sale orders to invoices, when invoices are created from delivery orders.
• Copies pricelist from purchase orders to invoices, when invoices are created from receipts.

Installation

Module is automatically installed when both `account_invoice_pricelist` and `stock_account` modules are installed.

This module superseds `account_invoice_pricelist_sale_stock` module.
