Test Foundry-zksync with Zkstack contracts deployments #855
Description
This task focuses on creating a comprehensive ZkStack testing workflow. The goal is to ensure a smooth process, from initial setup to creating and interacting with a hyperchain using the tool and Foundry. The testing should be automated and robust enough to run reliably in CI environments.
This would provide greater confidence when merging changes to Foundry-zksync, ensuring that unintended behavior is not introduced in external tools that use Foundry. Since ZkStack consists of various services that need to be orchestrated, it may be necessary to create a Dockerfile or similar configuration to manage them.
Notes
We should also define when and how frequently these tests should run in the CI pipeline. Maybe only needed with each upstream merge.
