Suggestion: Add “Non-Matter Labs Example” to PR Template

The current PR template is clear and well structured, with helpful examples under “What” and “Why.”
One improvement could be to include an example written from the perspective of a non Matter Labs contributor (e.g. a team running their own zk chain).

🤔 Rationale

• Encourages external contributors to frame their changes in terms of how they impact other zk chain operators.
• Makes it easier for outside contributors to know how much context to provide when submitting PRs.
• Helps maintain consistency across internal and external contributions.

An example of what could be added under the Why section:

“Example: This PR improves documentation for setting up custom chain parameters, making it easier for non Matter Labs teams to deploy their own zk chain.”
