Create zksync-os-integration-tests repo with at least V31 ecosystem upgrade and calldata generation tests

Progress: the ecosystem upgrade test works e2e, I've managed to make it work without using zkstack + got rid of zksync-os-server code dependency (now it can also work with dockerized server)

Progress: I've integrated Alex M tooling into the tests repo. I still need to do a few small improvements to the Alex M's tooling which should be done today. What is only missing now is calldata generation tests for V30 -> V31 upgrade which I also plan to deliver eod

Progress: I've done lots of improvements to Alex M tools, now it's behaviour no longer depends on any files. I've found that the upgrade test doesn't wait for server to pick up upgrade tx. When I fixed this, this has uncovered a few additional issues in Kalman's upgrade scripts 😅 Most are minor and already resolved. I added support for bytecodes supplier in server for the test to pass.
There is one pretty nasty issue that will require changing the contracts that the tests caught on Monday (TLDR; this V31 upgrade is special and requires different upgrade tx for each chain and nothing supports it). We've come up with a solution for this and Stas will work on implementing it early next week.
I've also massively refactored and polished the integraion tests and made the tests also run in CI. I got review from Kalman and merged the first version: https://github.com/matter-labs/zksync-os-integration-tests.
I've changed the test to independently generate calldata and then execute the generated transaction. This ensures the protocol ops can generate the calldata, the next step is to add a workflow which will generate that calldata in CI. I cannot automate everything related to calldata generation as much as I wanted though, I'm blocked with protocol team still not having delivered protocol verification tool for V31
