Add S3 objectstorage support for mediaproxy

The current media-proxy is quite limited in functionality.

One way to improve it a lot would be probably to allow it to just upload the files to an S3 compatible object storage endpoint that many cloud hosters offer, or alternativel something you could host with GarageHQ yourself.

Additionally, since MINIO is currently in maintenance mode, I am considering rewriting my changes to use the AWS S3 library instead of the MINIO client. I will conduct further research before making a final decision. In any case, S3 support—along with the abstraction layer for media storage that I developed while working on 42wim#2213, which allow easy implementation of other storage backends—will be coming to Matterbridge.

Yes, good idea. Personally I would be using it with Garage, but I think the general AWS library should work for that as well.

The general AWS library is compatible with any S3-compliant solution (which has become the de facto standard) and is expected to be reliably maintained now and in the future.
