Bug: Ordering by status with empty status can lead to weird ordering of the empty status cards (gallery view)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

For some reason ordering by status having cards that are empty can lead to wrong ordering having cards without status at the beginning and the end.

Expected behavior

All empty status gets grouped together
