Bug: scrollbar appears on top of the category menu

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to a team with multiple boards, so the list is scrollable
2. Open the category menu on the top category, so the scroll is at the top position

Expected behavior

The menu should not appear below the scrollbar

Can't repro on Chrome, but seems to occur in Firefox.
