Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open Boards
2. Click '+' > Create new board
3. Select 'Sales pipeline' or 'Sprint planner'
4. Note the horizontal scroll bar
5. Try scrolling horizontally

Expected behavior

It should either
a) not show the scrollbar if it's not supposed to be scrollable
b) allow horizontal scrolling
