Dropdown items not visible on dark mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Open boards
2. Click on add new properties card
3. Select assignee
4. Click on permissions dropdown

Expected behavior

all dropdown values should be visible

Observed behavior (that appears unintentional)

Possible fixes

If you can, link to the line of code that might be responsible for the problem
