Importance: High

Use cases:

1. when I use roles like editor in boards, they will also easily delete the board, we need roles like not delete the cards or only admin can delete the boards cards.
2. If I use commenter role they have only options like comment so they can't move the cards to next status, if they are editor they modify cards history, so it will make uneasy to track the history.
3. And also if some one assigned to a new card or existing card, they didn't notified automatically - this is very important to make work smoothly - high priority
4. Now we are using mattermost and boards for main productivity, so please consider this as priority and help me - Thanks
