'Unknown repository' error for private GitHub repo subscription

Unable to create a subscription for a private GitHub repository using the plugin. Even with private repo access enabled is the system console, the error “unknown repository” keeps appearing for repos that exist and have proper access.

Steps to reproduce:-

1. In the system console, enable private repository access for the plugin.
2. Try creating a subscription for an existing private GitHub repository via the plugin.
3. Make sure the repository exists and your OAuth has the correct repo permissions.
4. Notice that the plugin returns the error: “unknown repository” instead of successfully creating the subscription.

I faced same issue several last week.

I thought I had some Oauth issues but after verifying my secrets & config several times and looking at my server logs, I resolved to check if this is not actually a "bug"

@chadek for accessing the private repository you need to enable the both the settings in plugin config shown below and reconnect your github account.

@Yash-Chakerverti I have already checked these parameters before commenting but I might need to reconnect repo. I precise that this repo is part of an organization so it might also have some kind of influence on how this is handled by the plugin.

@Yash-Chakerverti I got it working, so the main issue was I tried to setup a webhook directly in the repo setting instead of the organization setting which is the owner of the targeted private repository. Maybe you could make it clearer by changing GitHub organization to bold in this documentation as it was the missing part in my case (sorry for the noise this was indeed an RTFM issue).
