Tooltip on pull request number shows "Issue" instead of "Pull Request" in GitHub plugin panels

When viewing panels like "Open Pull Requests," "Pull Requests Needing Review," or "Your Assignments" in the Mattermost GitHub plugin, hovering over a pull request number displays a tooltip that says "Issue" instead of "Pull Request."

Steps to reproduce:

• Open any GitHub plugin panel in Mattermost where pull requests are listed.
• Hover over the number next to a pull request.
• The tooltip says "Issue" instead of "Pull Request."

Fixed in latest release
