Subscription list page collapses multiple spaces in subscription names

When creating a subscription with multiple consecutive spaces in its name, the display is inconsistent:

1. Creation modal & channel: Shows the name exactly as typed (all spaces preserved).
2. Subscription list page: Collapses multiple spaces into a single space.
