Is the Wrangler UI available only in the web app of Mattermost and isn't available in the desktop/mobile apps?
I used to use this plugin in the past. After updating Mattermost Server to 11.2.2 and plugin to 0.9.0 "Move/Copy message" and "Move to thread" actions are available in the web app, but not in the desktop/mobile apps. I'm sure it used to be available at least in the desktop app.
Is this a problem on my side?
