opencv-python download issue

i download the opencv-python by pip but i failed and the wrong is" Building wheel for opencv-python (pyproject.toml) ... error

Have you tried upgrading pip and the packaging tools?
pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

Since you're using Anaconda, you could also try:
conda install -c conda-forge opencv
