Slider step not adjustable

Dear All,

I use the slider button card for a Tado floar heating (climate.livingroom).

How can I set that when I´m moving the slider the steps are e.g. 0.5? The steps seems to be 1 and I cannot change. How can I do that or is that somthing can be programmed that user can define how much the value will change by moving the slider.
