America/Sao_Paulo has no Standard abbreviation

hi, I am wondering if this is an issue where there is no standard abbreviation:

I am using version 6.0.0,

Would you advise to fallback to Generic when there is no Standard?

Yeah, time zone abbreviations in CLDR are abysmal. I've deprecated GetAbbreviationsForTimeZone for the upcoming release (see #133 and #91) I suggest not using it. Sorry.
