Does not work in mingw

When built on Windows 10 snake-go fails to open in mingw. Snake-go open fine in cmd when applying chmod +x snake-go.exe.

I cross compile for mingw and run emulated, I need this fixed for my snake-go ASAP !!!!!!! Maintainers you have a DUTY to help us.

I don't know any of this people but I think support for Windows should be dropped and replaced for support for Zephyr.
