Conditional URL depending to relation

Hello! 
Is that possible to have conditional URL if some post have relation?
For example i have News collection type and it have can have some relation with Source collection type.

Is that possible too have dynamic URL if there is relation (i choose some Source) -> external-news/{slug} but if not -> news/{slug}
