Suggestion:
Rename this repository to "MeshCore-Evo", so that the URL is "https://github.com/mattzzw/MeshCore".

(It is possible that the fork as a different name than the original.)

Also, I suggest to change the README.md to actually document the aim of this firmware, and point to information of detailed changes (e.g. "see the individual release notes"), and to contain build instructions for MeshCore-Evo (if they differ from upstream build instructions).

Makes it easier to actually recognise this, see that it is something different than the official firmware, and to find out what it is about.

I actually filed a pull request to have this linked in @samuk's awesome-meshcore and a pull request to have this added in the documentation of the official firmware.
