Can I run javah on a class from a dependency?

The doc led me to hope that:

  <javah>
  <extraClasses>
  <extraClass>com.basistech.rlp.names.hmm.probability.AbstractTotalProbMatrix$NativeInitializationKerne l</extraClass>
 </extraClasses>
 </javah>

would find the specified class in my dependencies. It does not. Should it?

In theory, it should work.

Firstly: is the typo in your example above (NativeInitializationKerne l rather than NativeInitializationKernel) an actual typo in your POM? Or just a typo in your bug report?

That was pure bug report, but I had other problems which I have not
finished sorting out.

I would suggest creating an MCVE in the form of a new NAR integration test, which tests the issue. I would avoid using an inner class for the minimal test, just in case there are any complications relating to that. Then, even if the test fails, we'll at least have a starting point for adding the feature.
