Stale games cleanup script

Now that we have persistent data storage we should have some script that would cleanup old, stale lobbies. If all people left in the lobby are anonymous users there is a high chance they would never be able to leave this lobby on their own. We can keep the lobbies active for some time, but remove them after a specific period of inactivity
