Nexus2 Publisher: Use POST from ReST API for upload

Currently the Nexus2 Publisher uses the standard HTTP PUT per artifact. However using the dedicated POST endpoint documented at https://support.sonatype.com/hc/en-us/articles/213465818-How-can-I-programmatically-upload-an-artifact-into-Nexus-Repo-2 can be beneficial as it (optionally with support for Nexus Unpack Plugin) supports multiple artifacts per request.

Yes, but unpack plugin is AFAIK paid/non-oss, so we will stepping onto some area where "it works if you have this or that edition"... If POST upload is present in all Nx2 editions, why not?

I am mostly concerned about ASF NX2 Repo. Not sure how fast they are able to upgrade to NX3, but if they have "Unpack Plugin" this would speed things up for the current ASF Release process through repo.apache.org.

Update: Actually it says in https://support.sonatype.com/hc/en-us/articles/213465818-How-can-I-programmatically-upload-an-artifact-into-Nexus-Repo-2 about "Nexus Unpack Plugin":

In Nexus OSS you need to manually install the plugin. Download the bundle.zip which matches your nexus version, and unpack it in $NEXUS_HOME/nexus/WEB-INF/plugin-repository. Then restart the server.

So this is available for everyone.

Unpack plugin is present on RAO, but am still unsure how it interfaces with staging, which is must to be used (due ASF voting).
