[REQUEST] Add config-open command

Opening the config is a standard thing to do, and I feel like it'd be nice to have a default command to do so.

Wouldn't something like this be enough?

define-command edit-config %{edit ~/.config/kak/kakrc}

Yeah it's really easy to define, but given that editing the config is something I'm sure most people will want to do, why not provide a command for it by default?
